These Terms and Conditions govern all land transportation and tour services provided by Shoreline Travel and Tours (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency"). These terms do not encompass accommodation policies; please refer to the respective hotel's terms and conditions for details regarding accommodation bookings.
I. CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Confirmed Bookings: All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except as specifically outlined below. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation will result in the forfeiture of the entire package price.
B. Non-Appearance (No-Show): Failure to arrive for a scheduled tour without prior notification constitutes a no-show and will result in the forfeiture of the entire package price.
C. Late Payment: Non-payment of the reservation fee by the stipulated deadline will automatically result in the cancellation of the booking.
D. Island Hopping Tours (Weather-Related Cancellations): In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather conditions, the Agency will endeavor to offer an alternative tour itinerary where feasible. Otherwise, a refund will be issued, subject to a 15% service charge to cover administrative and operational costs, and any applicable taxes.

E. Cancellation within Fifteen (15) Days of Departure: Cancellations received fifteen (15) days or less prior to the scheduled date will result in the conversion of the payment into a travel fund, valid for rebooking within one (1) year.
F. Cancellation within Seven (7) Days of Departure: Cancellations received seven (7) days or less prior to the scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of the entire package price.
G. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date will forfeit the entire package, and the full amount will be charged. This policy applies to all late cancellations and no-shows.
II. REFUND POLICY
A. Non-Appearance (No-Show): No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Rebooking is not permitted.
B. Cancellation Thirty (30) Days Prior to Scheduled date: A full refund will be issued, subject to a 10% service charge for administrative costs.
C. Cancellation Twenty (20) Days Prior to Scheduled date: A 50% refund of the package price will be issued.
D. Cancellation Protection (Travel Fund): As outlined in Section I-E, cancellations made within fifteen (15) days of departure will be converted into a travel fund.
III. FORCE MAJEURE
The Agency shall not be held liable for any cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to flight cancellations, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances ("Force Majeure"). In the event of a Force Majeure event resulting in the inability of the client to commence the tour, rebooking may be considered within one (1) year, subject to availability and the application of any applicable fees.
IV. GENERAL PROVISIONS
A. Confirmed Cancellations: Once a cancellation has been confirmed, it cannot be reversed. Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability at the time of the rebooking request.
B. Initial Deposit/Down Payment: The initial deposit or down payment is non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking, subject to availability at the time of the rebooking request. Hotel accommodation terms and conditions apply separately.
C. Promotional Sale Deposits/Down Payments: Deposits or down payments made under promotional offers are non-refundable.
V. Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather:
A. 24-Hour Notice: If the tour was cancelled due to inclement weather more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled Tour time, a full refund will be provided.
B. Less than 24 Hours' Notice: If cancellation occurs within 24 hours but more than one hour prior to the scheduled Tour time, a 15% cancellation fee will be assessed to cover non-refundable expenses like transportation, food preparations etc..
C. Cancellation within One Hour before the Schedule Tour: If cancellation due to inclement weather occurs within one hour of the scheduled Tour, clients may choose between the following options.
Partial Refund: A refund of eighty-five percent (85%) of the tour/package price will be processed. A fifteen percent (15%) service charge will be retained to cover administrative and operational costs, and any applicable taxes.
Rescheduling: Reschedule the tour to a mutually agreeable future date.
Travel Fund: Convert the payment into a travel fund valid for one year, applicable towards future tours offered by the company.
Important Note: This policy applies solely to cancellations due to inclement weather conditions deemed unsafe for operation. Other cancellation reasons may have different policies.
