• TRAVEL AGENCY TERMS AND CONDITION:

  The Travel and Tours Terms & Conditions pertain exclusively to all land transport and tour services and do not encompass any accommodation policies. For detailed information regarding hotel accommodation terms and conditions, kindly refer to the specific guidelines outlined.

  Cancellation Policy:

• All Confirmed bookings are nonrefundable and non-cancellable.

• Cancellation to a confirmed reservation is subject to forfeiture of the entire package availed.

• No-Show Policy- failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

• Failure to pay the reservation fee on the given option date will lead to the cancellation of your reservation.

• Cancellation of the Island-hopping tour due to bad weather conditions is subject to the diversion of any available tour possible or a refund subject to a 10% Service charge for the expenses incurred due to the cancellation caused by the unfavorable weather conditions.

• Cancellation received within 15 days will be converted to a Travel Fund and re-bookable for up to one year.

• Cancellation made a week before the arrival day is subject to forfeiture of the entire package.

  Refund Policy:

• A No-show is non-refundable and non-re bookable.

• FULL REFUND will be given when cancellation is made 30days prior to arrival date subject to 10% Service Charge.

• 50% Refund will be given when cancellation is made 20days prior to arrival date.

• Cancellation Protection (Travel Fund) - cancellation made with in 15days will convert your payment into travel fund and re-bookable for up to one (1) year period only.

• FORCE MAJEURE- travel agency shall not held liable iF the group is unable to arrive due to flight cancellation or other valid cause beyond the control of the tour operator/ travel agency.

  In case of cancellation due to force majeure, reservation may only be re-booked within One (1) year subject to availability, other fees may apply.

• Once Confirmed cancellation is no longer possible however rescheduling is advised and applicable. (Subject to package availability upon booking/rescheduling)

• The Initial Down payment/deposit is non-refundable but transferable and bookable. (Subject to package availability upon booking) Hotel accommodation terms and conditions apply.

• Promo sale deposits/ down payments are non-refundable.
